Chargers rally, beat the Raiders 23-20.

Oakland sees its playoff hopes slip away with early results and then sees a pair of leads slip away against San Diego. The Raiders jump in front 10-0 before the Chargers answer, and then again lead, 20-13 in the 3rd quarter following Rich Gannon's 7-yard TD pass to Rickey Dudley and Joe Nedney's 2nd FG.

However, San Diego comes to life again, tying the game on Jim Harbaugh's 10-yard TD pass to Jeff Graham early in the 4th quarter and then taking the lead on John Carney's 37-yard FG midway through the 4th quarter. Harbaugh finishes with 325 yards and 2 TDs passing while Graham has 113 yards on just 3 catches.
