St. Louis completes its 1st sweep of San Francisco since 1980 with a workmanlike performance. The Rams don't produce their eye-popping offensive numbers but still win with ease as Marshall Faulk runs for 126 yards and adds 43 yards receiving.

Kurt Warner puts St. Louis ahead 10-7 with a 5-yard TD pass to Isaac Bruce in the 2nd quarter. Warner finishes 22-of-40 for 201 yards. The defense contributes with a 44-yard INT return for a score by Mike Jones for a 20-7 lead in the 3rd quarter.
