The Broncos had take a 30-20 lead on Brian Griese's 9-yard TD pass to Dwayne Carswell w/ 1:47 left. However, Seattle strikes back on 3 plays for a 36-yard TD pass from Kitna to Derrick Mayes w/ :54 left and then Todd Peterson hits a 45-yard FG w/ :09 left after a successful onside kick.

Olandis Gary rushes for 183 yards, including a 71-yard burst. Ricky Watters has 115 yards and 1 TD for the Seahawks.
