The Bucs' conservative attack manages just 199 total yards and a 2nd-quarter FG. Tony Dungy's plan to sit on the 3-0 lead blows up when Hugh Douglas sacks Shawn King, forcing a fumble that the Eagles convert into a Donovan McNabb TD run late in the 1st half. McNabb adds the 1st of his 2 TD passes just before halftime.
