Aeneas Williams picks off Donovan McNabb in the final 2 minutes to preserve St. Louis' trip to Super Bowl XXXVI after Philadelphia rallies late. The Rams had taken an early 7-0 lead on Kurt Warner's 5-yard TD pass to Isaac Bruce following a fumble by McNabb on the 1st series.

The Eagles battle back, taking a 17-13 lead on McNabb's 12-yard TD pass to Todd Pinkston late in the 1st half. However, St. Louis dominates the 2nd half opening a 29-17 lead. Marshall Faulk rushes for 159 yards and 2 TDs to carry the Rams' attack.
